I have a Diploma in Tourism from the University of Deusto and graduated from the same university thanks to the validation of new qualifications in the European framework.

Expert in Advanced Service Design from the University of Mondragon.

Specialist in Accessible Tourism, accredited by the State Platform for People with Physical Disabilities (PREDIF).

Training in: Tourism and Gender, Digital Marketing, SICTED and Smart Tourism Destinations.

I have taken seminars in event organisation and protocol (University of Deusto) and obtained an Erasmus scholarship to take a semester of her degree at the Lymerac Institute in Tolousse, France.


Since 2017 as a researcher at IN2destination I work in the implementation of projects for the study of carrying capacity, diagnosis and strategic planning of sustainable and inclusive tourism in regions and cities.

In addition, I participate in projects for measuring tourism activity, in the design and daily operation of tourism observatories, as well as in the study of detection of scientific-technological gaps and digitalization and knowledge transfer in competitive, smart and inclusive tourism.

In the past, I was the director of a travel agency of the Globalia Group in Bilbao specialized in the design of tailor-made trips for 5 years. Likewise, I have been responsible for operations and product in Travel for All, carrying out innovative projects with public-private collaboration, developing and managing accessible tourist destinations and creating specific and inclusive tourism products. I also participated in the landing of the ABBA hotel chain in Paris and was part of the public relations department of Bodegas Marqués de Riscal in Elciego (Rioja Alavesa).
